Currently held in the sister country of the Emirates, which was held under the generous patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai, may God protect him, it was inaugurated by His Highness Sheikh Hasher bin Maktoum bin Juma Al Maktoum, Chairman of Dubai Media Incorporated. The 3-day DIHAD 2024 exhibition and conference session was launched under the slogan “Diplomacy and the Culture of Humanitarian Work... A Look to the Future,” in the presence of 16,000 participants and visitors from 154 countries, and more than 900 non-governmental organizations, humanitarian associations, suppliers and international brands from the whole world. This year, the event celebrates the twentieth anniversary of its launch and is considered the most prominent humanitarian event in the world, bringing together senior decision-makers from various humanitarian actors with the aim of shedding light on humanitarian issues and enhancing cooperation to build a better future.

In this context, the Human Fraternity Foundation presented its vision regarding this issue and the role it plays in order to alleviate these pressures on every needy person, mother and child from different strata of society through its projects that provide such as:

The "Bambino Gesù" Hospital is a medical institution distinguished by providing a high level of quality in accordance with international health standards thanks to its close and continuous connection with the Vatican-affiliated "Bambino Gesù" Hospital, which is considered one of the most important hospitals specialized in the field of children's health, rare diseases, organ transplantation and scientific research.

Oasis of Mercy Orphanage, which aims to host orphaned children, care for them as captives, and provide all their needs, including food, drink, clothing, and education, until they are able to integrate into society in a healthy and sound manner.

Medical convoys in all governorates of the Arab Republic of Egypt, where the Human Fraternity Foundation provides medical services to needy children, orphans and infants, by starting to organize and implement a project of free medical convoys to areas with a real need for medical services for young ages, especially with regard to the following diseases:

- Undernutrition

- Malnutrition

Ear, nose and throat diseases

Heart and circulatory diseases

- Infectious diseases

The “Fratello” chain of free human fraternity restaurants provides free meals to families in need in a way that preserves dignity, completely free of charge.

Human Fraternity School for People of Determination People of determination or people with special needs are people who suffer from problems in some mental and organic functions in their bodies, such as difficulty in movement, speech, hearing, seeing, or any disability that prevents the person from meeting his special needs except with the help of other people.
The school aims to provide all services free of charge to each group according to their needs.

And other projects through which the Foundation seeks to convey its message, which is that through humanity we reach everyone, that is, regardless of religion, color or race, we are all brothers in the human family.

The activities of “DIHAD 2024” include the participation of 131 speakers from elite specialists in the humanitarian field worldwide, and its program discusses vital topics during 24 main sessions in addition to 144 innovative workshops that provide training and explore many opinions and solutions of importance in the field of humanitarian diplomacy.
